This policy explains what Chai Garam - Nimai Tower ("we") collects when you use this website or our in-shop kiosk, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your order: the items, pickup date and time, total, token number and the name you give us for the order.
• Google sign-in (optional): your name, email address and profile picture from Google, so we can show your past orders on any device. We don't get your Google password or anything else in your Google account.
• Payment: online and QR payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment reference, amount and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
• Notifications (optional): if you allow "order ready" alerts, your browser gives us a notification address for this device.
• On your device: we save your cart, your name for next time and your sign-in session in your browser's storage.

How we use it

Only to take, prepare and hand over your order, show you its status and bill, issue GST tax invoices and credit notes, handle refunds, and keep the shop's accounts. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing messages.

Who else handles it

Supabase (our database), Cloudflare (website hosting), Razorpay (payments) and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). They process it on our behalf to run this service.

How long we keep it

GST bills and order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently about 6 years). Other details are kept while you use the service.

Your choices

You can order without signing in. You can sign out at any time from the Account page, and turn notifications off in your browser settings. To see, correct or delete your details, contact us below. We'll do it unless the law requires us to keep a record, such as a GST bill.
